Mediacom and Atlantic Broadband made separate announcements today, both centered on deploying 1-gig broadband services mainly in Florida. Atlantic Broadband’s deployment is centered around Miami, while Mediacom has deployed its DOCSIS 3.1-powered Gigasphere product in the Panhandle and south Alabama.
